Billie To HeadLine the Biggest Stage Yet Of Her Career!
Billie Eilish has been announced as one of the headliners of the 2022 Glastonbury Festival.
Riding high in the singles charts with her James Bond theme tune, Bad Guy, on it's second release in one of the few people to benefit of the delaying of the film, the singer gave hints on Sunday night when she posted a selfie showing her wearing a Glastonbury Festival hoodie on her Instagram Stories along with the caption, "2022", with Glastonbury organisers themselves confirming it on Monday morning.
The iconic Pyramid Stage on Friday 24 June will make history for Eilish as the youngest-ever solo headliner aged just 19!
"We are very excited to confirm that @billieeilish will headline the Pyramid Stage on the Friday night at Glastonbury 2022, to become the Festival's youngest ever solo headliner. This will be her first UK festival headline performance," reads a tweet on the official Glastonbury Twitter account.
The 2022 Glastonbury Festival runs from 22 to 26 June and after two years ruined by Covid and it's knock on restrictions, you can guarantee that THIS is the year that will make the headlines - more acts will be revealed over the coming months, but we can safely say Billie with be 'Happier Than Ever' to be the first name out of the hat!
